The driver below, has received a PCN for parking on the pavement, even though he says he was only there for less than a minute.

After the recent case were TfL were found to be in the wrong for using CCTV to penalise vehicles parked in red route bays, enquiries have been made.

We’ve been informed that TfL can still issue PCNs by CCTV on red routes, for parking on the pavement, but there is some sort of time limit, incase gates have to be open etc. 

𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐈 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐑𝐀 𝐁𝐈𝐓: 

The owner of the tyre business has assured us that in future, they are going to make sure they bring vehicles in off the pavement straight away, rather than asking them to wait.
