Why isn’t our trade, screaming from the rafter for this brand new LPG VRS TX4 Euro6 Taxi (price £39,999) to be authorised for use in London?
This is not a decommissioned vehicle that has been converted to LPG, this is brand new!
The Mayor has said that only vehicles registered for the first time that are ZEC, will be accepted in London, this is a brand new vehicle that would be registered for the first time.
Plus the LEVC in only ZEC for between 30 to 40 miles, whereas this vehicle would always be ZEC capable, all shift long, each day and every day.
This new vehicle is currently being sold in Birmingham and Sheffield.
Some one tell me why this brand new TX4 is not available to be plated by TfL as it meets current conditions of fitness ????
