TfL have put out a disgusting post and video, publicly declaring that London’s taxi trade, constantly voted the best in the world, year after year by Hotels .com is unsafe😡

Using their Twitter account they said:

“We are proposing to make changes to improve safety for taxi and PHV passengers”.

“Share your views on how our proposals would impact you, and any suggestions you have, by 12 May 2023 to have your say”.

𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐈 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐑𝐀 𝐁𝐈𝐓: 

Ask TfL to publish statistic showing road traffic accidents involving PH cars and Taxi vehicles and you get the answer “we don’t distinguish between Taxi and Private Hire vehicles when in comes to RTAs”.

Ask TfL to publish statistics showing Killed or Seriously Injured passengers in Private hire cars and Taxi vehicles and you get virtually the same answer. 

Ask about passenger rapes and sexual assaults in PH vehicles and Taxi cabs and again they won’t give a clear answer. 

Ask the traffic lights at Piccadilly and Bolton Street which service have repeatedly crashed into the lights and they (if only they could talk) would say it’s 100% minicabs.
