🟥 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐁𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐝𝐠𝐞:

So yesterday we got the news that LEVC is in trouble well you don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to know why .... they sell you an overpriced, underperforming product that they are paying out on with warranty work left right and centre.

The same thing happened a few years ago with M&O over steering box problems that tipped them into administration.

Now, what will it mean for you the owner if it all goes pop, well you're stuck with a very very expensive-to-buy and expensive-to-run work tool, and your warranty will be about as useful as an LTDA rep at a TFL meeting.

And any service plan or warranty you have will be void.

The trade will have no supply of taxis that meet the current conditions of fitness.

So what are the answers and what can you as a driver do?

In the first instance write to TFL and your MP explaining the current situation that the trade is facing and let them know of the monopoly that we face.

Demand that we need a choice and that the current COF are no longer workable.

Don't leave it for others to write, do it yourself today.

This trade is being murdered day by day its time to wake up and realise that we need to Demand change.

𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐈 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐊𝐒 𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐑𝐀 𝐁𝐈𝐓:

First thing the trade should be demanding is the scrapping of the age restrictions on the TX4 and Vito models, until the trade has a viable, stable vehicle.

Another nail in our coffin. It's obvious they want rid of us.
