It’s so nice to have something extremely positive to report on, after such a disgraceful act.
We all saw the horrendous damage done to the white Taxi on Wednesday night in the heart of London. The Taxi was not a company Cab but privately owned by the driver.
I have been informed that Tony Hoffman, of the on line app Taxi-Now, set up a “Just Giving” page to get the driver his insurance access and it looks like the amount has now successfully been reached. So well done to Taxi-Now and all the people who contributed.
Also, I’ve been informed that E1 taxis have kindly given the driver a free replacement cab to use until his TXe is repaired and fit for use again.
