Sadiq Khan Says Asking For An Impact Assessment On Disabled People, Is Offensive To Londoners

When Andrew Boff asked Heidi Alexander, "Have you assessed how much TfL's Streetspace plan will cost disabled Londoners?"  she went off on a tangent and gave an answer to a question she wanted to be asked, but which hadn’t been asked.

So, Cllr Boff asked her again have you done this work?

Deputy Mayor for transport Heidi Alexander, visibly shaken by the question obviously had no answer and again started waffling.

So again, Cllr Biff asked her “have you done this work ?”

To everyone’s amazement London Mayor Sadiq Khan interjected with “that question is an insult to Londoners” !!!

It was painful to watch Khan and his team fail to answer questions in the London Assembly yesterday.

The chairman of the meeting then called the conservative assembly members out if time, meaning that Heidi Alexander, didn’t have to answer the question.

This is not democracy, this is gerrymandering, where whenever you get asked a difficult question, you just waffle on in a different direction until the Chair calls time.
And Khan does this at every GLA meeting.

Arriving at city hall yesterday morning, hypocrite Khan...the mayor who doesn’t want to see a car led return to work, even through he has been given a free Brompton fold up e-Bike, turned up for work in... not one top of the range Range Rover, not two Range Rovers... but three (3).

Was this just another propaganda photo opportunity???

TAXI LEAKS EXTRA BIT: It’s Not All Bad News:

Tooting LTN’s To Be Reviewed
“Following feedback from residents we have decided to urgently review the Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTN’s) in Tooting that were imposed upon the Council by TfL.”

RESULT 👍🏻✊🏻
Now we need other boroughs to step up and be counted. The residents wishes should always come before the Mayor’s agenda.
