Surprise Surprise...by I'm Spartacus.

Watch the Mayors Question Time From Yesterday : >Click Link<

Surely no one expected TfL to do anything truly meaningful with the PH regs?

Did you really expect Boris (f**k off and die)
Johnson to allow anything to upset his corporate pals?

Still the requirement for NI numbers, active landline and display of insurance have some merits and are probably intended as a bone thrown to us and legally operating PH.

I never expected much as the real battles are about bogus self employment, corporate tax dodging and defining plying for hire.

TfL will no doubt already be expecting a reaction from us, let's be smart in how we do it.

Still the TfL board have to approve the proposals and we eagerly await Mr Oddy's wholesale rejection of them at the March board meeting, it's show time Bob!

Attend the upcoming RMT public meeting on the 7th March (Conway Hall) to examine options, go to your trade association meetings and make things happen.

ALL THE TAXI APPS AND CIRCUITS NEED TO OFFER A SINGLE PLATFORM NOW!

TAKE CC!
WORK THEM RANKS!
BE A PROFESSIONAL.

Carpe Diem.

LTDA 10,400 Members = £312,000
LCDC 2,000 Members = £60,000
UCG 2,000 Members = £60,000
Unite 10 Members = £300
RMT 50 Members = £500

GRAND TOTAL £432,800

That leaves Artimis £167,0200 to find...

RTG should contribute 10% of the remaining £160,000 as should DaC.

That now leaves Artimis £135,000 to find.

WHEN THE TRADE ORG'S and RADIO CIRCUITS COUGH UP, SO WILL I !

THEY HAVE THE PAPERS, THEY HAVE THE FUNDS, THEIR COMMITMENT SHOULD COME FIRST, ETCHED IN STONE !

the LTDA said it had a million they then f**k up the taxi meter case, they then go for a lost cause in the super cycle highways.
their main man is in cahoots with TFL.
McNamara is always busy doing the rounds when we have lost something.
their lack of wanting to really take TFL to court is evident.
the lcdc grant I am really boris friend was banding about the idea of a court case against TFL at mayors last question time, what has he done.
sweet FA.
the UCG are balloting their member if they want to put into artemis coffers.
of course they do, just do it!
we need a massive PR campaign that lasts for months and is chipped in by all orgs together.
we need to get the dinosaur cabbies with their heads in the sand to be aware of what is going on.
not just a demono or a couple of weeks at stations.
we need it done for a year.
artemis would get the money, the dinosaurs would be more aware and so would the public who are our bread and butter.
onwards and upwards

around 8:45am this morning, the minister of transport, stated to Nick Ferrari - on LBC:

CONGESTION MEANS POLLUTION!

how then, can Boris, have done away with older cabs etc, whilst CREATING & allowing the, proliferation of congestion, in so many ways?

eg

flooding the streets with mini-cabs!

the so called, super-highway!

traffic schemes, designed to cause grid-lock!

rickshaws!

etc

Many cab drivers are fed up with the bollox coming from the same old BS. Now they're all off on jolly up to Paris at the expense of their members to talk more clueless BS.

I wonder if the LCVichy will declare how they have kissed the Mayor and TFL'S arse for years and coluded with the LTDA to dig the hole the London cab trade is in.

I wonder if the LTDA will declare how they have a COM member sitting on the board of TFL saying nothing while TFL sytematically dismantle the London taxi trade ?

I have it on good authority, the members of the UCG who are going to Paris, are doing so at their own expense and not at the expense of the membership.
Personally I would be only too pleased to contribute towards their expenses.

Wasn't digging out the UCG Jim, my aim was the hypocrites who have been in bed with TFL for years.
