We all remember the ice bucket challenge and how successful it became.
The "Poppy Challenge" is a lot more comfortable than pouring ice water over your head.
All you have to do is video yourself putting a fiver in the Poppy Box. Nominate your friends and family to do the same and they have 24 hours to complete the challenge.
