So why do they pay Hendy, Mason and Chapman to a shed load of money to administrate, then spend fortunes with a company like Deloitte's to tell them how to do their jobs ?
I'll tell you why... they are putting hurdles in front of the inevitable public inquiry that is coming their way, and now they have a possible charge of corporate manslaughter add to their long list of malpractice and incompetence !
So LTPH have no funds or resources for enforcement, yet they have a glut of money to spend with Deloitte's. How much is this inquiry going to cost and where is the money coming from ? Has Taxi Leaks filed a FOI request ?
How can accountants investigate matters concerning the cab trade?
We can only wonder how they managed to investigate and conclude that 'limited engagement with the trade should continue'. Surely, that's not linked to the promise of another seat on the TfL Board.
The FOI will include the release of the background documents, interview notes and of course the invoice!
These accountants have failed to state the fact that many of the decisions taken by TPH do not comply with Public Law. They have failed to comment on the corruption that has been identified. Another load of bull . A Public Inquiry will happen and when it does these people will be exposed for what they are

In hand with the FOI, its a complete stunt.
